It is clear that Herman’s 10,000 hours of practising his craft toward mastery came from the foundation of being a professional recording artist. 

His experience of sharing the same stages with the biggest names in urban music such as Busta Rhymes, Wu-Tang to Redman, to then inspiring young people within schools and corporate professionals.

Herman has paid his dues and has earned his credibility as being a highly regarded speaker.  

Herman is naturally entertaining but a very sincere speaker, whose character and passion really shines through. I can, therefore, urge anyone who has the chance, to either book him or attend one of his talks.
